Identify the professional, employment and social issues impacting on newly qualified teachers.
Examine and make recommendations on school policies and practices impacting on the induction of newly qualified teachers.
Explore the role of pre-service Teacher Education Institutions in the induction of newly qualified teachers.
Make recommendations on the development of a National Induction Policy for post primary schools.
